ALSONS POWER GROUP REWARDS SYSTEM
Please carefully read these program mechanics and terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) before accessing or using the Rewards System operated by Alsons Power Group (“APG”).
PROGRAM MECHANICS
- The Rewards and Recognition Program is open to all active employees of Alsons Power Group
- Employees can earn points upon meeting the Company set criteria which can be used to redeem products listed on the Rewards System
- Reward points earned shall be credited to the employee’s account on the 10th of the following month
- Using the points earned, employees can redeem items published in the Rewards System between the period of 11th to 20th of the following month
- Required points to redeem an item is inclusive of the service charge and delivery fee. VAT as applicable shall be charged against the company.Required points to redeem an item is inclusive of the service charge and delivery fee. No fees or other charges shall be borne by the employee upon delivery of item redeemed. VAT as applicable shall be charged against the company.
Order Fulfillment:- Voucher code for the electronic gift certificate shall be sent via the registered work email address of the employee
- Physical goods redeemed shall be delivered 5-7 business days for Metro Manila and a maximum of 12 business days for addresses outside of Metro Manila
- On occasions that items redeemed are no longer available, the employee will be notified via email regarding the unavailability of the items and will be given alternative suggestions within the same price point. Should the employee do not agree to the alternative or suggested items, points shall be credited back to the employee’s account accordingly.
Customer Support:Employees can send an email to support@avail.at for inquiries related to merchandise shipping, availability, other logistic concerns, or any other concerns or issues encountered.
7-Day Replacement Guarantee.- In case of manufacturing defect, the employee is entitled to a product replacement within 7 days from date the product is confirmed as delivered to the Employee.
- All escalations and communications in relation to product replacement and/or standard supplier warranties shall be raised by the employee thru support@avail.at
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Conditions of Use- By accessing or using the Rewards System, you certify that you have read and reviewed this Terms and Conditions.
- You must not use the Rewards System in any way that causes, or may cause, damage to the system or impairment to its availability or accessibility.
- You must not use the Rewards System in any way which is unlawful, illegal, fraudulent, or harmful, or in connection with any unlawful, illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purpose or activity.
- You must not use the Rewards System for any purposes related to marketing without our express written consent. You must not use the system to copy, publish or send mass mailings or spam.
- You must not use the Rewards System to copy or send material that is illegal or unlawful, or material that could give rise to legal action under Philippine law.
Privacy PolicyUse of this Rewards System, registration data and other information about you are subject to APG’s Privacy Policy – Alsons Power Group.
Collection of Personal Information- By accessing or using the Rewards System, you may be asked to provide personal or sensitive information as defined under the Republic Act No. 10173 or the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (“Data Privacy Act”). These may include you or your representative’s complete name, address, cellular phone, date of birth, and gender necessary in accessing the rewards system and in the fulfillment of orders when you redeem the points you have earned.
- APG may collect similar or related information. Sensitive Personal Information is collected only when allowed by law and is used and disclosed only to fulfill legal requirements unless the employee provides consent for such collection or disclosure.
- APG will take reasonable precautions to protect personal information in its possession. Secure against the risk of loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. APG will review its security measures as an assurance to ensure the privacy of Personal Information.
User accounts- As a user of this Rewards System, you are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the information you provide, and you are responsible for maintaining the safety and security of your identifying information. You are also responsible for all activities that occur under your account or password.
- If you think there are any possible issues regarding the security of your account on the Rewards System, please inform APG immediately so APG may address them accordingly.
Interference with Rewards System- You must not attempt to change, add to, remove, collect data, deface, hack or otherwise interfere with the Rewards System or its content.
- You must not use this Rewards System to copy, store, host, transmit, send, use, publish or distribute any material which consists of (or is linked to) any computer virus or other malicious computer software.
Breaches of these terms and conditions- Without prejudice to our other rights under these Terms and Conditions or if you breach these Terms and Conditions in any way, APG may take such action as we deem appropriate to deal with the breach and suspending your access to the Rewards System and prohibiting you from accessing the system.
- If you are in breach of the Terms and Conditions, you hereby indemnify APG against any loss, damages, costs, liabilities and expenses (including but not limited to legal expenses) suffered by APG as a consequence of any potential or actual breach by you.
VariationAPG may revise these Terms and Conditions from time to time at its sole discretion. Revised terms and conditions will apply to the use of this Rewards System from the date of the publication of the revised terms and conditions on this system. Please check this page regularly to ensure you are familiar with the current version.
SeverabilityAny provision of the Terms and Conditions which is void, unenforceable or illegal in a jurisdiction is deemed to be severed as to that jurisdiction but only to the extent that it is void, unenforceable or illegal and will not affect the effect of the remaining provisions nor affect the validity or enforceability of that provision in any other jurisdiction.
